Costs

The rate in 2011 is €187,50 per hour, not including 6% administration charges and 19% VAT. Other arrangements regarding cost and payment can always be discussed.

You can, of course, also contact the Scanlan law firm if you qualify for free legal aid. Whether or not you are eligible depends on a number of factors, such as the nature of the problem and your (family) income and assets.
